Niki Robb is the executive assistant to the CEO and is always happy to help any of the Senior Leadership Team with projects or travel arrangements. Robb enjoys staying busy and loves the variety of her job.

With over 30 years of experience in the Thoroughbred industry, Robb has worked in various breeding farms and sales companies in the Lexington area. Prior to joining HISA, she was the personal assistant and office manager to former Kentucky Governor and leading thoroughbred owner/breeder Brereton C. Jones at historic Airdrie Stud in Midway, Kentucky. She has also worked at Vinery, Hopewell Farm and Bluewater Sales.

Robb holds a Bachelor of Arts from Midway University where she majored in business administration and minored in equine management.

When she’s not organizing the HISA Senior Leadership Team, Robb can be found in her sewing room crafting handmade quilts, enjoying time with her husband, Phillip, and their two dogs, or trail riding the beautiful Kentucky countryside.
